All of our control units are manufactured in stainless steel and are equipped with a control panel containing a variety of buttons and switches and a processor controlled display unit.
Our company can offer a wide range of control units. The standard design is made from stainless steel AISI 304, however we are able to manufacture from an other materials such as chemical resistant stainless steel. Our units are usually made from the same material as the degreasing machine itself and are equipped with the LOGO control system. The panels have IP 55 rated protection and are certified by VTÚPV Vyškov.
Control panels with buttons
The simplest control panels incorporate buttons, switches and signalling lights placed at the top of the unit at waist height. The main switch and sometimes also a foot operated socket, are placed at the front of the unit in correlation with the operating panel
These panels are mainly used for our basic types of machine, which do not have many additional functions and therefore their settings are not complicated.
Digital program display incorporated control panels
Our more complex machines are controlled via SIEMENS LOGO! TDE, which allows easier control of its multiple functions. Again buttons, switches, signalling lights and display are placed at the top of the unit at waist height. It also allows you to store several pre-set programs (i.e. wash cycle length). The main switch and sometimes also a foot operated socket, are placed at the front of the unit in correlation with the operating panel
Vertical control panels
Unlike most of the control panels which are located on the top of the control unit at waist level. In taller machines the control unit can be positioned higher allowing the control panel to be mounted on the front of the unit vertically at head hight for easier operation. Additional buttons can also be placed on the panel door. The control elements of the machine if required can include a control display, either the basic SIEMENS LOGO! TDE, or a higher range program such as the touch screen SIEMENS SIMATIC HMI TP700.
Bespoke control panels
Our company can also design and manufacture atypical and bespoke control panels. Customer requirements are often unique in terms of size, location and access of the unit, and therefore it is necessary to find an appropriate solution. Even atypical panels can be fitted with both buttons and a display with a user-friendly visual interface tailored to customer’s requirements.
