Fire hose washer MZ-PHAD-F
Compact washing unit designed specifically for cleaning fire hoses. The machine speeds up process, which otherwise has to be done manually.
The hose cleaning process consists of four stages:
1. Soaking.
The actual hose cleaning process should be preceded by the soaking of the hoses. The soaking trolley is designed for this purpose. It is a separate, but very important, part of the washer. It has four positions for four hoses, its own heater and a pump. The pump creates swirling of the liquid in the container and improves the soaking process.
2. Washing
After the soaking, the hose is connected to a reel which, when the washer is started, pulls the beginning of the hose through the machine. As soon as the beginning of the hose passes through the washer, the process is automatically interrupted so that it can be attached to the reel. The process can then be restarted. The washing process is carried out with the help of nozzles and rotating brushes.
3. Pressurized air blowing
The hose passes through a separate blowing chamber Immediately after passing through the washing section. Any excess water is blown off its surface by means of coanda nozzles.
4. Reeling
Once the hose is secured in the reel, it begins to reel and simultaneously pass through the wash and blowdown compartments. In this way the hose is cleaned and blown along its entire length.
