DOPEX
External device for automatic and semi-automatic refilling of cleaning chemical.
The customer no longer has to monitor the amount of cleaning liquid in the sump or deal with its concentration during topping up. Dopex can take care of this for them. All they need to do is to connect the water supply and place the barrel with the chemical on the sump.
We offer two system versions:
- Automatic mode
The unit is completely autonomous and can independently monitor both the amount of liquid in the sump and the entire dosing mode according to pre-set criteria. The system signals when the chemical barrel is empty. - Semi-automatic
mode The empty barrel and the pre-set concentration are automatically monitored, but the user manually dispenses the liquid, but only via a release mechanism. This way the operator does not come into contact with the chemical solution.
The Dopex is compiled of a sump and a frame on which the control panel and the dosing unit, i.e. the valve, water filter and dosing pump, are located. The hose takes the mixed cleaning solution to the connection part on the sump.
The Dopex can be either part of a new machine or can be added to an older machine at the customer's site. The semi-automatic version can be installed directly by a customer. However, due to its complexity, the automatic version has to be installed by a professional.
We offer a units for mixing one or two components. The concentration is done by manual adjustment on the dosing pump depending on the selected pump type and its range. We offer three basic types of pumps or concentrations: 0.2 - 2% ; 0.5 - 5% ; 1 - 10%.
